The Klostergut Paradies has a history spanning more than 800 years. The foundation, established in 1975, is part of Georg Fischer AG – a place that combines education, culture, and hospitality.

Once a Poor Clare monastery, today it is a place where people come together, learn, and enjoy themselves. The foundation preserves the historical substance while continuing to develop it - with respect for its origins and a clear vision for the future.

In doing so, the foundation assumes responsibility for the protection and further development of this important place and sets an example for education, culture, and sustainable design.

The Klostergut Paradies is located on the banks of the Rhine and is surrounded by beautiful nature – an ideal starting point for walks, excursions, and cultural discoveries.

Explore the Mindfulness Trail, visit the historic Iron Library or the old smithy, or enjoy a leisurely boat trip on the Rhine. For active visitors, hiking and cycling trails lead through the charming landscape between Schaffhausen and Diessenhofen.
